Please note that we will be following Los Angeles County guidelines during our gathering. The county continues to require masking by all indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will not be required at outdoor events.

Host Hotel
The Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel will act as our host hotel, providing accommodations for all our out-of-town team members.

How Should I dress?
- Wednesday Morning Meeting: California Casual,
- Team Experiences: Whatever’s comfortable for your experience,
- Thursday Party: It’s outdoors, so check the weather and come looking fresh! Note that everything is on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly.

Will there be meals?
You bet. The below meals will be provided:
- Wednesday morning breakfast before company meeting,
- Wednesday lunch during team activities,
- Thursday breakfast at Loews (optional),
- Thursday night dinner at company party.

Is transportation provided?
Transportation provided for following:
Team experiences (you’ll be traveling with your team)
Thursday Company Party – Shuttles from/to The Loews Hotel, schedule:
- 3pm – Shuttle from Loews to Malibu,
- 6pm – 8pm – Hourly shuttles back to Loews,
- 8pm – Main shuttle back to Lowes.

Uber Vouchers
Uber vouchers will be provided for all transpiration needs outside those listed above. If Uber is unavailable, you may order a Lyft, taxi, etc and expense that cost.

Out-of-pocket Expenses
Team members may expense out-of-pocket costs for ground transportation – Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc – parking, and meals and entertainment – within reason – during the MNTN Meet.
If you have processed expenses in the past, continue to do so in the same way you have in the past with any of the related event expenses.
If you are a newer team member or have never processed an expense before, please send in an email with copies of receipts attached to reimbursements@mountain.com.
Expenses must be submited by September 24th
Expenses may include:
- Ground transportation (To/from the airport and hotel, and while getting around LA for company specific events),
- Checked baggage,
- Costs incurred as part of team activities,
- Meals outside those provided – within reason.
