• COVID SAFETY

    We will be requiring proof of negative Covid-test results taken within 72 hours of departure for Austin. This is required for all team member, regardless of vaccination status. Please submit your negative test results (PCR or Antigen) to Health@Mountain.com before boarding your flight. We will also be placing rapid Antigen Covid tests in everyone’s hotel rooms. A negative test result will be required to show at check-in to the Company Meeting on Thursday morning.

  • TRANSPORTATION

    Transportation is provided for the following events and activities during MNTN Meet Austin:

    • Welcome Party: We will have a bus looping between The Line Hotel and Butler Pitch & Put every 15 minutes between 5-7pm, and buses returning to The Line from Butler between 7-9pm.
    • Activities: Please check your individual confirmation emails for transportation details for your selected activity.
    • Rodeo: Shuttles will depart from The Line starting at 5pm, departing every hour on the hour. Shuttles will return to The Line from the Rodeo every 30-minutes beginning at 9pm through midnight.

    Please note that many of the city streets are closed for SXSW. Walking or renting scooters will be much faster and more convenient than calling an Uber if you are going anywhere nearby. For anything outside of the main city center, an Uber will be fine.

    We offer Uber Vouchers to cover the cost of your transportation to/from the airport, and around Austin. Click the link below to add this voucher to your Uber account, and be sure it is selected as your payment method during the MNTN Meet. The vouchers are valid March 16 – 19 only, Uber Link

  • Hotel Information

    All team members have been sent their hotel confirmation details via email. Room charges are paid for by MNTN, but personal credit cards must be put down at check-in to cover incidentals. Our hotels for the week are:

  • How Should I dress?

    We don’t have any rules around dress code – please feel free to wear whatever makes you most comfortable! That said, a few notes:

    • Welcome Party at Butler – Much of this event is on grass, so plan shoes accordingly.
    • Company Meeting – Whatever you like! We will be offering professional headshots, so you may want to keep that in mind when choosing attire.
    • Company Party at Clive Bar – Again, whatever you like! Be comfortable and ready to dance 😉
    • Activities – Check the weather, and wear what makes sense for your experience. If any specific attire is required, this will be noted in your activity confirmation email.
    • Farewell Event at The Rodeo – We’re going to the rodeo! There will be a lot of walking involved, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Meals

    Meals and beverages are provided at all company meetings, events, and activities. 

    The only time a meal is not provided is breakfast on Friday morning prior to activities. Order room service or explore all of the incredible spots Austin has to offer!

  • Expenses

    We entrust our team members to submit expenses that are within reason, and spend the company’s money as if it is their own.

    Examples of reasonable expenses are costs for ground transportation or parking, checked baggage, or a meal with a few members of your team.

    Examples of expenses that would not be deemed reasonable are bottle service at a nightclub following a company event, or a $500 custom pair of Cowboy boots 😉

    If you have questions on whether a specific expense would be approved, please message Anna or your Manager.

    Following the event, please use the Paylocity website or app to process your reimbursements. Make sure you click on the Event dropdown and choose “Austin” for these expenses.

    Expenses must be submitted no later than March 25th. For questions on the process for submitting expenses, please reach out to Yoli or Marietta via email or on Slack.
